1. Services:
- Plugg Resources provides digital design and development services to clients based on mutually agreed-upon terms and specifications.
- All services provided are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment:
- Payment terms will be agreed upon between Plugg Resources and the client prior to the commencement of any project.
- Plugg Resources reserves the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables until payment is received in full.

3. Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights associated with services provided by Plugg Resources, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, belong to Plugg Resources unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment of fees.

4. Confidentiality:
- Plugg Resources agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.

5. Limitation of Liability:
- Plugg Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
